Meet the Yiibus
Bryan is the incessant tinkerer and socially awkward, reclusive creative genius type. He started programming at age 5, went on to study theatre, classical animation and design, then spent the dot.com years doing R&D at a broadband entertainment company. Since then he's become more than a little obsessed with those wee wonderful devices we all carry with us everyday.
Stephanie is the serious one. She loves research, technical illustration, writing clear and concise documentation and really good green tea. Before Yiibu she held a variety of creative roles in corporate communications, marketing and advertising - but she gave it all up to follow her true passion to debug things (no really…if there's a bug, she'll find it). By now you may also have guessed that she manages projects and generally keeps the office running.
We're small—and we plan to stay that way
When you hire Yiibu, you get the two of us. Period. Staying small means we have little overhead and can focus entirely on the work we do. We don't leave your project to juniors, or farm work out to other companies or contractors. As such we tend have a lot of repeat business; so much in fact that we typically work with only a few very special clients each year.
We're experienced
We've been designing for mobile since 2004 and have worked on projects for Nokia, dotMobi, Phillips, Moblin (now MeeGo), Lastminute.com, Opera and the Symbian Foundation. We also co-organise Mobile Design UK, a regular series of London-based get-togethers with speakers from companies such as Google, Nokia, Lastminute.com and the BBC.

If you choose to work with us, we will get to know your company, your customers, and your product. Not because we want to up-sell you, but because that's the only way to truly work with you to solve your problems. And if you don't think design is primarily about solving problems, you may want to work with someone else.
We're hands-on
We understand that a design is only great if it can actually be implemented, and that our job is not simply to create beautiful design deliverables – but also delightful and profitable products. We're happy to work with your management, engineers and other teams (wherever they are in the world) to craft the design that most meets your needs.
